At AO Glass, we have the capability to produce a wide span of designs, from the simple to the complex, in small to large quantities. We craft pieces ranging from branded whiskey glasses to experimental lighting components, and unique products for distilleries and hotels. We listen to your goals and vision, and work with you to come up with solutions while taking advantage of the inherent beauty of glass.
A typical project includes a visit to our hot shop to see how we operate, an exploration of the glass techniques needed for your project, and a meeting with our design team to develop a next-step plan to develop prototypes that lead to in-house production.

AO Glass produced over 15,500 hand-blown glass spheres as part of Maya Lin’s sculpture, installed in Penn Medicine’s new Pavilion in Philadelphia.
We worked with Runamok to produce a custom-sized glass, stamped with their logo, to pair with their signature cocktail products.
Hotel Vermont is a premier hotel overlooking Lake Champlain in Burlington. They partnered with us to create a decorative soap dish that compliments their in-room color palette and “rustic and modern” ethos.
We collaborated with WhistlePig Rye Whiskey to design and produce the multi-facet glass topper that’s included with their 18-year-old, library release box set.
